Matthew Slonaker

Matthew Slonaker is a Managing Director at DelMorgan & Co.  He has more than twenty-eight years of executive leadership experience within mortgage lending/servicing, information technology, real estate, and revenue growth.  Mr. Slonaker has managed over $400 million in annual revenues, and he has assisted private companies with M&A activity with a variety of transaction sizes.  Prior to joining DelMorgan, Mr. Slonaker founded and continues to oversee a boutique management consulting company, M. Allen, LLC, which focuses on assisting companies grow their organic revenue.

Mr. Slonaker has overseen and led the implementation of sales processes that have fueled organic growth over 2x within 3 years at several business-to-business financial service firms.  He has extensive expertise in start-ups/turnarounds, customer experience, account management and planning, go-to-market delivery, and sales performance management.  His diverse executive-level experience in operations, information technology and sales provides Mr. Slonaker with a depth of knowledge about how to lead engagements of all sizes and situations.  Mr. Slonaker’s data-driven approach to problem-solving enables his stakeholders to grow effectively and achieve their strategic objectives.

Prior to his experience with DelMorgan & Co. and M. Allen, Mr. Slonaker has held senior executive positions running sales and marketing organizations at companies such as National Bankruptcy Services, WFG National Title, Chronos Solutions, Carrington Investment Services, and Saxon, a Morgan Stanley company.  In addition to these revenue growth roles, Mr. Slonaker held Managing Director and Senior Vice President roles with companies such as Bear Stearns, Countrywide Home Loans, Option One Mortgage and Washington Mutual.   In these roles, Mr. Slonaker oversaw global operations and managed real estate owned portfolios that included over 14,000 real estate assets nationwide.

Mr. Slonaker is a proud military veteran of the U.S. Navy.  Additionally, Mr. Slonaker is a frequent speaker and published author on various topics, including revenue growth, operational turnarounds and information technology.
